Products + ingredients
Do your products contain artificial sweeteners?
No. Not stevia. Not monk fruit. Not sucralose. Not aspartame. Not acesulfame-K. Not erythritol. Not allulose. We don't use them and we don't intend to. If a product's sweet, it's sweet from a real ingredient — most often the natural-flavor blend itself, or a small amount of cane sugar where explicitly noted.
Are your products organic?
We strive to use the best ingredients we can source, but we don't always guarantee organic. Each product's ingredient list is on the label and the product page — "100% organic" appears only where it's literally true.
Do you make health claims?
No. Our products are dietary supplements and functional foods. They're not drugs. They aren't evaluated by the FDA. We don't promise focus, sleep, recovery, hangover relief, training results, or any other outcome. Effects vary by person. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are on medication, talk to your healthcare provider before adding any supplement.
What's in a Hydration Variety Box?
One stick of each formulation per "portion" — Crudo, Basic Bitch, Just Hydrate, Charged, Loaded, and Michelada. The Sampler size is 6 sticks (one of each), Variety is 12 (two of each), Bulk is 30 (five of each).
What's the difference between Crudo, Charged, Loaded, etc.?
Each formulation targets a different use case:
- Crudo — post-hangover recovery (sodium + B-complex).
- Basic Bitch — three-ingredient unflavored hydration.
- Just Hydrate — sodium-free daily mineral top-off.
- Charged — 50mg caffeine + 25mg L-theanine.
- Loaded — 5g creatine monohydrate + electrolytes.
- Michelada — savory salt + lime + chile.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
U.S. only at this time. No APO/FPO, no U.S. territories, no international. Full detail in our Shipping & Returns policy.
How long does shipping take?
1–2 business days from when we verify payment, then 3–7 business days in transit via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days total.
How much does shipping cost?
$5.99 flat rate on orders under $50. Free on orders $50 and over.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unmarked boxes. No MEMBUZZ branding on the outside. The shipping label says nothing about the contents beyond what the carrier needs.
Payment
How do I pay?
Once you complete checkout, your order is created in a pending state and the confirmation page shows payment instructions — currently Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. You send payment from your end and we verify it before shipping.
We don't accept credit cards at this time. Payment processors flag our category aggressively, so we've kept the flow simple and direct.
When does my order ship after I pay?
We typically verify payment within a few hours during business days. Once verified, the order ships within 1–2 business days. If you don't see shipping confirmation within 48 hours of paying, drop us a line.
What if my payment isn't verified?
Orders without verified payment may be cancelled after 72 hours. If you think this happened in error, contact us with your order number and the payment-platform transaction reference.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. Unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items within 14 days under our product-satisfaction guarantee. Full process in our Shipping & Returns policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll send replacements at no cost.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 5 business days. The funds typically take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your account depending on the payment platform.
Account + invites
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email and shipping address. Use /order-lookup later to view your order. An account just means saved addresses and easier re-orders.
What's an invite code?
Some of our products live in a private catalogue — "members-only" in the older sense. Invite codes from existing members let you create an account that can see those products. Public-tier products (hydration packs, bundles, anything not flagged) are available to everyone without an invite.
How do I invite a friend?
If you have exclusive-catalogue access, go to Your account → Invites and generate a code. Codes are single-use and expire in 14 days. Share them privately with people you'd vouch for.
