Shipping & returns

We ship discreetly, fast, and fairly priced. Returns are simple — if you don't like what you got, email us. Specifics below.

Where we ship

United States only at this time. We don't currently ship to international addresses, APO/FPO boxes, or U.S. territories. If you'd like us to — email us; we'll prioritize routes with demand.

How long it takes

Two windows to remember:

  • Processing — 1–2 business days from when payment is verified. We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  • Transit — typically 3–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Total time from order to door is most often 4–9 business days. We don't guarantee delivery dates — once a package leaves us, the carrier owns timing.

Shipping cost

  • Standard shipping — $5.99 flat rate on orders under $50.
  • Free shipping — orders $50 and over, no code needed.

Expedited options (2-day, overnight) may be available at checkout depending on your address and the items in your cart.

Packaging

Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No MEMBUZZ branding on the outside. No mention of the contents on the shipping label beyond what the carrier requires.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on file. If you placed the order as a guest, the tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email — you can also use /order-lookup to pull it up later.

Return window

Two tracks depending on the state of the items:

  • Unopened — return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
  • Opened — return within 14 days of delivery under our product-satisfaction guarantee. If the product didn't work for you, we want to know. Refund covers the product price; shipping is non-refundable on opened returns.

How to return

If you have an account, the cleanest path is:

  1. Sign in and open the order in Your orders.
  2. Use the "Request a return" option on the order detail page.
  3. Pick the items, choose a reason, and submit.

For guest orders or anything that needs a human touch, email hello@membuzz.shop with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason.

Once approved we'll email a prepaid USPS return label (for damaged-on-arrival cases) or instructions for sending the package at your cost (for change-of-mind returns).

Refund timing

Once the returned package reaches our facility and the items are inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Refunds go back through the same payment channel you used — Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or whatever handle the order was paid with. Depending on the platform the funds can take an additional 1–3 business days to appear.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong items, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll send replacements at no cost to you and provide a prepaid label for the original items if we need them back.

Non-returnable

  • Gift cards.
  • Final-sale or clearance items, where clearly marked at the time of purchase.
  • Bulk-pack items where more than half the contents have been used.

Address issues

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll email you. You can either:

  • Pay the reshipping cost (typically $5.99) to send it back to a corrected address.
  • Refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee.

We can't reroute or modify an address once a package has shipped.
