Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and MEMBUZZ ("we," "us"). By using membuzz.shop or buying our products you agree to them. We may update these terms; material changes get a notice on the site and, for accountholders, an email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
Accounts
You can browse and check out as a guest. If you create an account:
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Don't share your password. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.
- Some account features (exclusive-catalogue access) are granted by us or via a member invite. We can revoke them at any time for cause.
Products + claims
Our products are dietary supplements and functional foods. They are not drugs and have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We make no health claims. We don't promise focus, sleep, recovery, hangover relief, training results, or any other outcome. Individual experience will vary. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, talk to your healthcare provider before using any supplement.
We strive to use the best ingredients we can source and to be transparent about every ingredient and dose on the label. We don't always guarantee organic. We don't use artificial sweeteners. If a formulation changes, we change the label and say so.
Pricing + payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do everything we can to keep listed prices accurate; if there's a clear pricing error we'll contact you before charging or shipping.
We currently process orders via manual payment handles (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and other channels listed at checkout). When you place an order we hold it as pending until we verify your payment. Orders not paid within 72 hours of placement may be cancelled at our discretion.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders for any reason — for example, suspected fraud, shipping-address mismatch, or resale activity.
Shipping
Details on shipping methods, costs, and timing live in our Shipping & Returns policy. We ship within the United States only. You're responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Address-correction fees and reshipping costs for invalid addresses are your responsibility.
Returns
Returns are handled per our Shipping & Returns policy. The short version: unopened items within 30 days for a refund, opened items within 14 days under our product-satisfaction guarantee, damaged or wrong items replaced at no cost.
Your conduct
When using the site, don't:
- Reverse-engineer the site or its APIs, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
- Use the site for resale, drop-shipping, or aggregation without written permission.
- Submit false information at checkout or during registration.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
Disclaimer
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statements about our products are for informational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEMBUZZ and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MEMBUZZ and its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Intellectual property
The MEMBUZZ name, logo, product imagery, and site content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Limited copies for personal, non-commercial use are fine.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these terms or harms other customers or our operations. Outstanding orders will be handled in good faith.
Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your state of residence.
